Services outside this scope may involve additional charges upon agreement.

  • Regular updates or scheduled check-ins can be arranged as needed.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • We are not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided.

5. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed  monthly, with invoices due upon receipt.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
  • Upon termination, we will return all client data within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Mera Bookkeeping LLC is not liable for penalties, fines, or other consequences arising from decisions made based on our reports or advice.

8. Compliance and Ethics

  • We adhere to professional bookkeeping standards and ethical practices.
  • Services will not be rendered if illegal or unethical activity is suspected.

9. Amendments

  • Policies are subject to change with prior notice to clients.

10. Dispute Resolution

At Mera Bookkeeping LLC, we strive to resolve any concerns amicably. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration.

  • Arbitration Location: Arbitration will take place in Melbourne/Brevard, Florida, or a mutually agreed-upon location.
  • Arbitration Rules: The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • Binding Decision: The arbitrator's decision will be final and enforceable in a court of law.
  • Costs: Each party will bear its own costs and attorney fees, with shared responsibility for the arbitrator’s fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
